So not real sure what to say about this place but they seem to be very deceptive. So my family and myself toured the apartments and after talking with the leasing agent was assured that the town home we would be renting would have a private fenced in patio for my dog. So my family all agreed that it would be great. Signed a reservation agreement and this weekend we went buy to make sure and sure enough our patio is not that way. They raised the rent as soon as we moved in didn't know it was flexible pricing. Had a problem with pests even after calling. Seen pricing on a website and the rent we paid was way much more than they advertise!!!
Soon to be living there and looks like it was a good choice.
