I had a friend that lived here before the renovation and I have a friend that lives there now after the renovation and I have got to say I am very impressed with the updates and how the neighborhood seems a lot safer. Would highly consider moving here when I need to move out.
The Legends of Lake Murray is the best value choice in apartment living in the Irmo area. Upscale, fresh amenities, amazing management team.

The Legends goes above and beyond for their community. The events are wonderful, and the office staff and maintenance staff is icing on the cake! Highly recommend !
Moved in sight unseen, because we came from out of state. Probably would have looked else where if we did a walk through. Only place we found that allowed 3 pets unfortunately. I will give the front office staff some credit, very professional when it came to dealing with residents. Other than that not much to this place. The remodel was not done very well. It is a nice place to live, quiet, and enjoyable. Their staff are very friendly, and generous, they always have fun activities to share between neighbors
First and last apartment I’ve ever lived in! We had 2 small scorpions crawl up through the pipes in the shower, water damage in all of our kitchen cabinets and our AC went out several times before they put a big unit in the living room which didn’t have enough power to cool down the upstairs � this was right after their remodel as well. We broke our lease and left early! What you see in the demo apartment isn’t always what you get! FALSE ADVERTISING AT IT’S FINEST!
