WARNING: I went to visit my friend here and couldn't believe my eyes. I honestly thought she was exaggerating when she was telling me about roaches and mice but I had to see it for myself. I cannot even believe how disgusting it is. She is trying to leave for the safety and health of her children and they are refusing to help her do that claiming they will just keep spraying for the roaches and that she shouldn't be surprised by the mice. RecommendedMy fiancé and I have been living at The Legends since September 2019, and we have nothing but positive things to say about everything- the property is beautiful and well-kept, the office staff (Heather and Natasha) is always super welcoming and accommodating, and the maintenance staff is always super respectful and timely in completing work orders. Overall, we love life and our cute townhome at The Legends and wouldn’t have it any other way!
Upon moving in my family was excited to be in a bigger place. On move in day our AC ran for the entire day and the inside temp never broke 75 despite the thermostat being set to 70. This was just the start of things going wrong or the uncovering of things that sadly never were right. We were rushed into this place by the office girls and now all of the problems are being uncovered. This place is amazing. I moved here from another state and looked literally everywhere. These renovated town homes are huge and I love the wood floors. We are up on top of a hill in the trees completely hidden and it is so nice and quiet! The staff is amazing and totally helped me with a $500 off deal! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in so Far, Management is so professional and friendly, Maintenance is perfect, Thank you so much.
I loved the 3 bedroom townhouses they’re so spacious. They accept animals have an awesome pool area and reasonable deposits staff is exceptional.
