Having lived in several different apartments over a span of 14 years, I can honestly say this place is the worst complex I ever lived in. They advertise as a luxury smoke free complex, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The complex is failing apart and the apartments have significant maintenance issues all the time, which take forever to get addressed and when they are the work is substandard. I have been renting for 30 years, I have to say these are the worst apartments I ever rented. Since I sign my lease it’s been one fight after other to get stuff fixed. These apartment all need to be updated. You pay premium prices for these apartments and get sub standard service. These are far from luxury apartments.
I am really really REALLY enjoying the view from my livingroom. I've posted a few pictures but they really don't do it justice. And my little granddaughters love my apartment, too! The park and library are right across the street!!
I must have looked at every apartment in Denver. They are all her same when you are looking for an apartment from 3,000 miles away. What made the difference for me was the leasing ladies. They are very kind, professional & patient helpful!!!! Thank you Nadia & Molly!
