I highly recommend you DO NOT move into this apartment complex until either the corporate team in charge of this location starts to pay attention to the property disarray and disrespect being shown to the residents, or the entire office staff turns over, whichever comes first. I just moved in back in May and I wish we would have kept looking. Instead I got sidetracked by the great location of this apartment complex. Other than that, management isn’t the greatest, you would be lucky if the office staff actually answered the phone. I’ve called about an issue with my lights and fan being on the same “frequency level” as my neighbor so we actually kept controlling each other’s fans and lights and I was told by the office staff that because it isn’t “urgent” they won’t be able to come fix it until a co... read more

RecommendedI found my home after living here in Colorado for two years. I love the natural lighting in the apartments; they are beautiful and clean. The staff is so helpful and Janna is the best. Thankful and blessed to live in a safe, beautiful complex.
The apartments are old and need a lot of maintenance. However, the maintenance guys keep quitting. Maintenance requests usually take a few days.
Rent is too high but maintenance is zero! There is no peace in this apartments as the maintenance staff always make lot of noises with their weird machinery. - The office staff are highly talented and use their tantrums for any work orders we request for. - They come home several times to inspect the problems but they are very lethargic, irritating and try their best for not replacing any appliance that is already in a very bad condition. - All the appliances are pretty old and cheap. Hire people that take pride in the work and the apartment complex!
Horrible customer service. Maintenance sucks. My roof leaked for 6+ weeks. Now they refuse to acknowledge mold in my apartment and the drywall still isn’t fixed. I reported the leak in July.
Good Community. Appliences needs to upgrade.
This community is very nice and clean. Maaz has been very nice to us and has answered all of our questions.
