I have lived here since June of 2021. I’ll be moving out this year just to save a little bit with roommates. I believe Second Story Management took over shortly after. I was not super happy with the old management. But this new one has really stepped it up. New AC units, new roofing finally fixed after the tornados from forever ago. The apartments are really nice and I love the layout in them.
I stay there many years ago and I regret that i move out. If I could move back I would bc it was peaceful. I have been trying to talk to someone but it's just not happening. They had a very good stuff at that time and they was on point when something would broke down.
Decent apartments but a little pricey.
