I had the privilege of working with Attorney Ann Farrell for a real estate closing. She was highly professional, was clearly knowledgeable in her field, and simply made the experience as seamless as possible. Horrible! All the negative cliche's you hear about lawyers. Claim expertise yet demonstrates little, unresponsive, doesn't answer questions, rejects calls and visits, unprepared, unwilling to discuss, doesn't deliver on promises, damages your case. Appears to help the opposition. Still demands money. Perhaps time has passed them by? Should they be allowed to practice law at their age or should there at least be a disclaimer of competence?
