What this attorney did should be treated as serious professional misconduct. I had substantial evidence that could have supported dismissal of my misdemeanor case, and he did not present it or use it effectively. This is without doubt one of the worst attorneys in Miami. This individual takes your money and does not do anything of what he promises. Hiring this attorney turned out to be a costly mistake. Deadlines were missed, important paperwork wasn’t filed on time, and I often had to chase him just to get basic updates. For the fees he charges, you’d expect at least an occasional phone call or update, but communication was nearly nonexistent. The lack of follow-through made me feel like my case was never a priority.
