I rented a two-story home at the Laurels for two years. I was a happy resident until Greystar bought the Laurels. My lease was expiring soon, and I intended to renew once again. FIRE SANDY- If you don’t believe us and the reviews, go do a pop up check, or send undercover people to do a check her. You will see for yourself greystar. She is the face of your complex, wouldn’t you want someone who will put out a good image instead of a poor nasty attitude for no reason

I am a current resident, and was happy until Greystone bought the Laurels. My lease is expiring soon, the new management raised the rent nearly $200/month, so I refused and will be leaving soon. For the past month, the air conditioning has failed every time the drainage ducts clogged. The ducts on the second floor have been leaking water through the ceiling for the past four weeks.
