Love this place, we moved from another Pillar community, which was great also but this one is so much better. I love that this place is kid friendly and lots of space for them to run and play. It really is like a resort out here.
My wife and I just moved here from Oklahoma. We spent an entire day looking for apartments. ParcLand was our first to go to and we should’ve just stopped after that. After viewing other places, we made our way back to ParcLand and are happy to call it home! This place is like a resort! Absolutely beautiful and extremely friendly staff! Best place to live by far!
We have only been here a month however ; we are extremely amazed with just how incredible it is here. Jackie in the office is not only an incredible asset to Pillar she's a big reason if not "the reason" we moved here. Its beautiful here, like living in a Resort. You will see some unreasonable complaints of parking on here, just like anywhere CONVENIENT parking is a challenge however; they do offer spaces and garages. I've been working for ParcLand for several months now. I love where I work! We have an amazing team and our residents are much appericated by me and the rest of the staff. I love this property so much that I decided to become a resident myself I love the amenities...24hr fitness center and our resort style pools are gorgeous! If you need a place and want the convience of the freeways come checkout ParcLand Crossing today
Sure it looks great from the outside but after living here, they are built poorly. I can hear every little footsteps from my upstairs neighbors. And don't ask the land-people to do anything about it, they are useless. Also, parking on the west side of the apts are a nightmare. Plenty of spaces on the east side and rear but everyone just leaves there vehicles in the few spots for weeks at a time. Spa is also too small and shallow. If I had to do all over, I would of moved elsewhere.

We've been here for about 2 1/2months and couldn't ask for anything more. We haven't heard any neighbors, no loud pets, and haven't seen pet waste all over the property. The fitness center is our favorite....open 24 hours, with enough equipment that we let our gym memberships go. We did have a couple work orders when we first moved, but they were quickly taken care of and now my biggest concern is how to keep these beautiful floors as beautiful as when we moved in.
