The front office staff treats my baby with love and care. After spending all day looking for apartments around Chandler I knew this was the one when I saw the landscaping, I love the green grass for the dogs. I love how they are strict and maintain order with making sure people follow rules. It's fair treatment all around, I love it. And my neighbors have been amazing, we text or call each other if one of us is leaving town to make sure things are taken care of. It's stress free.

if i could rate them a zero i would. from the beginning, all ive gotten was ridiculous accusations. every month my bottom neighbor complains about noise. um i have kid and they arent really quiet. how are you going to keep a kid from playing? other things like cars parking on the line, or in the no parking zones, people no picking up their dog poop. then smack you in the nuts with a 2400 fine, and tell you to get lost. more than a coincidence that i happen to be a white, tatted male, who rides a harley davidson........
