By far the worst apartment complex I've come across. The management is rude and not willing to help with anything. The assistant manager shows clearly that she does not care about the residents. Rules are rarely followed and maintenance parks in residents spots. Each resident gets different treatment and that is not how an apartment complex should be ran.
Love it here :) the staff is great and the apartment is beautiful. Fantastic pool and fitness center. It's definitely the best in the area
Beautiful, safe, clean and friendly community- what more could I ask for? Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. But what really sold me were the amenities- the gym, pool, hot tub and the clubhouse, in general, had me never wanting to leave. I'm back on the East Coast now and I still dream about this place! Suprised and disappointed by the poor reviews, but hey not everyone has good taste.
I highly recommend Parcland Crossing! I have been here almost a full year due to relocation from Ohio. Since day one, Tonya and her staff has accommodated my needs and has fixed any issues that have risen. Property is beautiful. Pest control sprays to keep the unwanted out. I love living here.
