Machines are always breaking. Had all my laundry in washer with soap and downey beads lady that was working said she would turn it off for two min I waited and waited finally had to go find her and she was on her phone. Then she wanted me to move all my clothes even though it could take coins I had a card only. Even though it was there Machine that wasn't working and had no sign on it she made it like it was my fault.
Regular customer for over 4 years and never had issues until last few months. Poor customer service and at least 1/3 of machines are either not working or require quarters only. Today I complained about music with filthy language that was being played and young female employee didn't like me complaining. Even after we had words she approached me in front of my husband with an almost threatening attitude. Not good.
