Great food. Fresh and tasty and the best staff to help you. The owner in particular is a joy to encounter when dining there.
The Last Carrot is one of the 1st healthy, organic places that I know of in South Florida. My family and I have always been fans. We have been going for years. Everything is fresh and they serve large portions, so you are always satisfied. It's an earthy no-nonsense place. One of my favorites!!!

This restaurant is on point.. I've been going to the Last Carrot since I was in diapers.. Never have I ever had a bad experience ... The food is fresh, well prepared, and the staff is very friendly. Unlike what the snotty lady "Kristina" said giving the Carrot a poor review and saying it was unsanitary .....I've noticed nothing but the opposite .... The staff is constantly cleaning up, washing their hands, & always wearing gloves... Long live The Last Carrot!
