My father used to bring me to The Last Carrot when I was a kid. I've never forgotten your green vinaigrette dressing; in fact a few weeks ago I craved it. Yesterday, we buried my father and this afternoon I'm sitting at the counter at The Last Carrot eating a salad pita with green vinaigrette dressing. Love their fresh juices. Friendly staff prepare your order just how you want it. Must try their spinach pie. The owner is so caring that she wrapped my sandwich so that I wouldn’t make a mess in my car while eating it.
