Not sure why the bad reviews..I love the team here. Ivan and Emilio are the best ever. Love the location and YES do the apartments need renovation and building is getting dated but still a great value. I have been here for 14 years and it is home!

When Management unilaterally stop accepting UPS packages in the "Package Service" and does not tell residents, that is horrible. It has created mayhem today for myself and I am sure others. Just horrible
