Verified Renter So far, so good. I love my apartment, I love the amentities, I love the neighborhood so far. My dryer takes about 3-5 times to dry a small/medium load though. And I wasn't provided with mailbox keys. I was told I needed to go to the post office and pay $30 for a mailbox key. I went to the post office and they've been out of keys for 4 weeks and don't know when they'll get them. Those two things are the only downsides of being a new resident. But other than that EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC. Love it. 9/10 Recommend... read more

Verified Renter Nice place but I wish gym was updated and available to use! Residents need to be more considerate when disposing of trash - other than that .. no problems !

My experience My customer service experience has been good. I needed a new refrigerator and rental office got me one sent in that same week. They are also friendly everytime I enter and greet me and ask me if everything is going okay with my unit.

Good luck getting your deposit back.... I lived here for 2 years. When it came time for me to move out (my lease ended in August, I was told I could not hand in my keys until the very last day on my lease (August 31st). I had just accepted a job out of state and, since this would land on a Thursday, I would not be able to do this. After complaining and them telling me that I could mail it to them on that date, I was able to turn the key in at an earlier date in August. Now I am having difficulties getting my deposit back.
