Verified Renter Things have drastically changed since my family moved here. The landscaping in front of my building is poorly maintained (bushes) it is not very appealing to the public, the inside of the building is poorly maintained and the kids and drugs constantly in the building along with the kids climbing out the second floor windows sitting on the top of the roof. Security is really needed in the complex.

Verified Renter We love our apartment!! The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. My only compaints are the trash in the community not being picked up, and some of the neighbors loitering in the parking lot all day.

Verified Renter Community is very well laid out , the outside looks nice they definitely keep up on mowing and landscaping. Verified Renter As far as the area it used to be the most affordable place to live. After Covid and New management prices Tripled. So Far the neighborhood is nice it could use more maintenance with keeping the buildings and dumpsters clean. They need a safer place for the children to play and lights. Now as far as the New Staff they are very nice and try to accommodate as much as they can. Orissa goes above and behind to make sure all of your issues are resolved. It's nice to heard and seen and not just another resident.

Verified Renter My experience overall is good. However, my neighbors have started much more noise than usual with their loud music vibrating my whole apartment and the constant runnin up and down the steps can get very annoying especially when I have guests. However, the staff at rental office are always friendly and willing to help whenever I have an inquiry or concern.
