Verified Renter As far as the area it used to be the most affordable place to live. After Covid and New management prices Tripled. So Far the neighborhood is nice it could use more maintenance with keeping the buildings and dumpsters clean. They need a safer place for the children to play and lights. Now as far as the New Staff they are very nice and try to accommodate as much as they can. Orissa goes above and behind to make sure all of your issues are resolved. It's nice to heard and seen and not just another resident.

Verified Renter My experience overall is good. However, my neighbors have started much more noise than usual with their loud music vibrating my whole apartment and the constant runnin up and down the steps can get very annoying especially when I have guests. However, the staff at rental office are always friendly and willing to help whenever I have an inquiry or concern.

I can’t wait for approval This is a fabulous property! I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the property and it was beautifully kept, the children that were outside playing and the location is optimal for me. I met with Latoya and she just added to the experience. She was quite knowledgeable about the property, she even gave me a tour of the property ?? the apartments are clean and kept up and spacious. I’ve never had a better experience I was having the worse time at my previous property, and after visiting property after property, I finally met John. Their leasing team is beyond phenomenal, they walked me through their process every step of the way. I got to watch the way they responded to their current residents as I sat in the office completing forms and the care and attention that the management showed to their current residents let me know that I would be in good hands.
