Apartments are beautiful. Lots of fun resident events. Love having my private patio and garage. Awesome maintenance staff. The bad part is the noise...if you live on the bottom floor, you need to hope your on the same schedule as your neighbor upstairs. Because you hear EVERYthing they do.
We’ve only been here a few weeks, and so far we’ve used the pool, the dog park, the gym, and met many of the residents at a party in the clubhouse. I LOVE this place! Even the dogs I’ve met are friendly.
I absolutely love Savannah West! I’m a single, older woman and this community provides a safe, friendly and respectful atmosphere. The most important aspect, for me, is the attached garage. I’ve lived at Savannah West for about 6 weeks and absolutely love it. I relocated to KC from Wichita, Ks and downsized from a 4 bedroom house. Before choosing Savannah West I looked at several other options in the KC area and none of them were even close to measuring up to what Savannah West has to offer. RecommendedAwesome place to live, moved in about 6 months and absolutely pleased with the community. The gated community offers safety, salt water pool, 24 hr fitness center and clubhouse, onsite golf simulator, spacious layout and attached garage. The office staff is amazing, and all the residents I have met so far are great. Pet friendly as well, awesome dog park and walking path too. I’ve been living at Savannah West for about 6 months now and it’s by far the best place I’ve ever lived apartment wise, I have no complaints so far.
High-quality construction and well thought out floor plans. Very private apartment location with a neighborhood feel!
