Lived here almost 2 weeks and live the atmosphere feels like I live at a retreat center! We have the kindness neighbors and truly the most caring staff! Thanks all of you that help in the search of our dog Molly!
My husband and I have called Savannah West home since Feburary and have greatly enjoyed our experience! We love the townhome feel of our apartment, including the attached garage and direct entrance to our home! The walking trail makes our puppy feel right at home and the pool is the perfect place to relax! Last but not least, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating! We have lived in other luxury complexes around the KC area, but have found a quality in Savannah West that we didn't elsewhere!

Love the set up - attached garage, never hear your neighbors and feels like a home vs another apartment. The office staff is top notch. If you are considering apartment living you have to check it out.
We've lived here for 3 months now. We really love it. It does not feel like a typical apartment. It feels like a house. The way the homes are designed, you never hear your neighbors. The whole complex feels like a neighborhood. We love the dog park and dog bath area�
We have lived here one year, renewed our lease for another year Absolutely love the people, the staff, the amenities, and the home style living. Pool, dog park and dog wash, dbl car garage, golf simulator, nail tech, personal trainer, weight room, “ wine down Wednesday’s”, parties, Is there anything more you could ask for along with maintenance free living? We’ve got it made in the shade with kool-aide and we have ice cream trucks too!!!!! LOVE IT !!!!
Cooper and I moved in only a few months ago and we just adore living here at Savannah West. I have never met a kinder group of people than the people I have met in our community. We take our dogs on walks every night and find ourselves making new friends every time we are out. Not only are all the residents friendly but the ladies in the leasing office are just amazing. Always so friendly and helpful! We will be here for a long time.
