This is a fabulous 2nd home for me! It is well cared for - both inside and out. I love the clubhouse and gym. Packages are collected by the amazing staff (it's like having my own Personal Assistant) and there are always lovely snacks or drinks available. (Hot chocolate bar was so appreciated)! My family and I have been living at Savannah West for over a year and we love it! It is a beautiful community that is safe and clean. Our neighbors are awesome and our apartment is just fabulous! We highly recommend SW. They usually offer really great move in deals as well.

Absolutely amazing community!
I have lived at Savannah West since May and have met so many friendly people from all walks of life. Moving to apartments after living in houses was difficult for me, but I have grown to really like the no maintenance lifestyle. I walk to the gym, the pool, and the dog park in minutes. Whenever I have a maintenance issue I send a message and it gets taken care of immediately. Why didn't I do this before?
My husband and I have lived at Savannah West for over a year, and we love it! The apartments are modern with a great design. The tandem garage is big enough for both of us to park our SUV’s, which is a huge perk during Missouri weather changes. The amenities are also a perk, with the gym, pool, and golf room. It is a great community!
I love living here! This place is unlike any other apartment community I’ve ever experienced. Friendly neighbors, fun social events, beautiful surroundings. Some days I feel like I’m living at a resort! Love calling this place home ��
