They have a contract with a tow company to drive through and tow cars as they see fit. This place is dirty and the staff are lovely before you become an actual tenant, then they are rude and lazy.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE. LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT DONT LET IT FOOL YOU. Seriously, these people are lazy, rude and have a contract with West Coast Towing that allows them to drive around the complex early morning and look for cars to tow. THATS ILLEGAL!!!! Maintenance rigs things to function for a few days. You have to pay for parking and for WATER. I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF ANYONE PAYING FOR WATER AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. Their security gates are a joke, working for 2 days at a time.
Worst maintenance I've ever had to deal with. No AC for 32 days during an extreme heat warning. Broken dishwasher, broken stove, broken ceiling fans.

Office staff are usually retarded and lazy, occasionally there is someone good working there but it never lasts long. Maintenance is down right incompetent and just as lazy as the office staff. Roaches, Bedbugs, trash everywhere, the ponds are filled with trash and muck. Cars and garages constantly getting broken into. They lie to you and show you a model apartment but the actual one you get will have roaches if not at first soon will as soon as one of your neighbors move out.
