no ac for 5 days. they came into my apartment without my permission broke my water heater, then took forever to replace it. they have the AC and Heat set up to where you have to request to get it switched from one to the other. it takes weeks to switch.
we have reported over a month ago the AC not working. Have been calling weekly if not daily and we keep getting the same response tomorrow tomorrow and it never comes
This place frightens me. I came to visit my Tio and it looks like it belongs in a ghetto. Lots of broken down cars with an inch of dust and spider webs, stray cats everywhere. And you can't walk for 10' on a grassy area without stepping in dog feces. I was crossing the street from parking, which is impossible to find, and people just race there here, screw the speedbumps. What a disappointment to have received a letter of denial after being told that all we had to do was pay off . debt showing off in collections for $1043, we settled the debt in order to be approved... and then they still denied us. Could have used that money.
The don’t know what they are doing. No parking stalls assigned the encourage you to wait how ever long in order to get a stall. Got my keys when I moved in and was told we don’t have mailbox keys put your mail on vacation hold. Don’t come out right away when acs are down because it’s not an emergency and if you have an appointment it’s not guaranteed they will come. So safe your self the headache look somewhere else. I regret my decision.
parking is a big issue been told was going to get one or two spots assigned to me and what i dont like is they want to charge $10. for each space and if u want a garage $55 they need to fix rhos asap
I have been here almost a year and I pay my rent 2 weeks before it is due but every month I have a notice on my door to pay rent or quit.. I have to take in my receipts and show them and they like ok and I give them the following months rent... Bullshit.. we have been through about 5 management companies and still can't get people's rent right... ���
This place is RIDICULOUS!!!! OUR air conditioner freezes up and nothing has been done about it. It's time to call housing authority.
