DO NOT MOVE HERE. They fix everything half done to save money. The workers even said they don’t want to replace anything because it’s “expensive” so they just replace the front face of the cabinets so they haven’t been replaced for years. They don’t fix their bug problems when they have them. There’s NO GUEST PARKING. Beware. It’s to the point where I’m ready to get A petition signed for something to be done about these apartments.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone the wood is rotting in my back patio area they did not let me see my apartment until the day of me moving in and when I open the closet doors roaches fell out and I let the lady know and she said she would have them spray but I have never had my apartment sprayed although I’ve called many times for the past year and a half My stove does not work and I’ve called three different times one time it popped and I got scared and I called the emergency hotline and the lady did not sen... read more
they are infested with roaches, meth addicts and homeless pple who try to break into your apartment and cars. Their security is a joke. ive personally seen a guy stop his car in the parking lot and pull a shotgun out on my neighbor aimed it at his face n asked him repeatedly if he was a gang member which he's not and threatened to kill him. I definitely would not recommend this place if you have a family.
Their are ROACHES and the management is RUDE!! I called to have them spray and was yelled at by the new manager (who has only been there about 2 months). She was rude and blamed the tenets for issues rather then admitting her staff messed up. I can't wait to move I hate it here. They do not fix things and will lie to get you out of their office. My neighbors have broken toilets, stoves and air conditioners that in months have not been fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took more than 6 weeks to get my air conditioning fixed. They said it wasn't possible because they couldn't find anyone to service air conditioners. However, once I called the news and got the ABC station van out here reporting on it, it took them less than 2 hours to get my AC fixed. This is what living here is like.
If you want to move to a place that takes weeks to fix things. And get hung up on when you complain about them not doing their jobs. Then you’ll love this place. Apartments itself are nice and quiet but management is TERRIBLE. I highly recommend looking somewhere else before deciding to move here.
I have not had AC for almost 3 weeks now. And now i have a infant whos sick with a fever in a house that's 90 degrees.
