My wife and I have been living here for about 4 months now and absolutely love it here. The staff has been very nice and helpful to us! We were skeptical about this place at first because there were some reviews online that were not very good but after living here 4 months now, we never had any issues like what we saw. So I do believe it's a great place and you do have to follow the rules here and if you do then everything will be fine and probably some people don't so they go and post bad fake reviews
This company IS the worst. They tell you if you have a visitor to just park in the visitor spots. What they don't tell you is that there are only 20-30 visitor spots for the hundreds of people living here. And on a holiday weekend, your friends car will be towed after an hour in one of the 40-50 open non-visitor spots!!!! Also, while calling the emergency line, they are located in fl and couldn't do anything to help me. Thankfully I'm on a temporary assignment here, because I would not choose to live here. Noisiest place I've ever lived and parking can be a real challenge.
The staff is soo friendly! I love my apartment, great layout and overall beautiful property. The 24/hr gym is a plus. ☺️
