As others have stated the customer service has gone down significantly since the new manager took over. And as others have stated they do not take complaints seriously. My new upstairs neighbor was throwing cigarettes and lighters in my yard and they did nothing that actually resolved the issue. I lived here for a number of years, but the price gauging and many other things caused me to leave. Expect no customer service here. RecommendedThis is probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is amazing and attentive, and I paid extra for a covered parking space that was always empty when I pulled up to it. I lived here for two years. My apartment was beautiful and spacious, and I haven’t seen anything like it since I left.
My daughter has lived there for 3 yrs. We park in the same area of spots not against the building. But my truck was taken during our Mother Day celebration. No sign where my truck was. Landing Creek needs to put up signs where u can and CANT park. They say on the Towing Enforcement sign to park in Vistor spots. But what do you do when ALL the vistor spots are taken by vehicles that don't get moved. Also Vistor spots taken by construction trailers. Where do you park.
I was scared to move to Austin from a small town that I’m from but this community is so welcoming, I feel at home. All the staff are kind and patient and always there for you.
Great management and always very nice. Santiago and he group always make sure everything looks fantastic and new. Been here for 4 yrs, wouldn't live anywhere else.
Worst apartment I have ever lived at extremely noisy I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Also,they hardly take complaints serious no matter how far things escalate.
Gorgeous property in a quiet neighborhood located on the edge of town. Feels like I live out in the country away from the noise and bustle of the city. The management and maintenance is superb. Super friendly, professional, helpful staff who have so much pride in this property.
