We have lived here for more than a year. I haven't lived in an apartment for 30 years so I really cant compare but we have liked living here very much. Our experience with the staff has been very good. They are friendly and helpful. I like the facilities and the peace and quite of the area. the club house and pool area are very clean and well maintained. I walk every day and feel very safe. Lived there for a year... not worth it!!! Don't let the "resort life" feeling convinced you to pay a ridiculous amount of money for rent. The property manager(Angela) was never welcoming or friendly and for what you pay in rent, you should definitely get way more than stainless steel appliances and granite countertops... I regretted so much
Other than a few things, we are loving it here! The office is very attentive along with the maintenance crew. The two maintenance guys are probably my new favorite dudes ever! Loving our new community!
It's a great place to live with sweet ammenities and staff that make you feel like family.
