This place is so loud, you can literally hear every step your neighbor makes. Also, what kind of apartment doesn’t have a bedroom light in it? Then they make you go buy your own and still want to charge you $45 to install it. $80, 80 freaking dollars so I can see in my bedroom. This place is ridiculous. $75 fee to clean a 10x10 carpet which I’m sure they will just replace anyway. I have had nothing but awesome experiences living here. Great staff that are both friendly and courteous. Maintenance is awesome 👏 and the grounds are well maintained and full of wild life ❤️
We’ve lived here over 2 weeks now and LOVE it! We sold our house to downsize and minimize and have absolutely no regrets! Our place is nice, and fits our family of 6 nicely. The 9-foot ceilings are wonderful as we’re tall and the kids have loft beds. I love our private front porch, garage, and balcony and ALL the outdoor space that we can use and enjoy without having to maintain. The bike paths/side walks are nice. It was built with Amish contractors who under bid legitimate contractors who pay their taxes, workman's comp insurance and unemployment taxes.
By far the best place we’ve ever lived. Staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for their tenants! Truly, truly recommend living here!!
