REALLY GONE DOWN HILL SINCE RAM TOOK OVER No supervision of the property. Pool has become a drunk, pot smoking party all night filthy pool mess, every night! No one wants to go there anymore. Management won't do a thing about the loud music, drugs, bottles, dirty pool, late night parties, unsupervised kids. Vandalism is bad. Safety is a real issue. The buildings look awful. No lights work. Pittbulls everywhere. Rents are so high, 10 people in a unit living. It's disgusting here, poop everywhere. STAY AWAY.
Don’t recommend Don’t recommend due to low quality of apartments, management, and lack of feeling safe. Prior to signing the lease I was told the apartment was newly renovated, but the only new item was the flooring. Management was great at first but once I renewed my lease they became more difficult to work with. Many bugs with little response from management about extermination. Verified Renter I have lived at what is now 29 Edgewater for 14 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The apartments are spacious and well laid out, and the management and maintenance teams are wonderful to work with. They are friendly and respond quickly to any Issues or requests. This is a very nice place to live.
Great Staff! Great Location! Great Apartment! I moved in about 3 years ago and I absolutely love my home. The neighborhood is peaceful, the amenities are updated and always well kept! I love the guest apartment they offer, very helpful once friends and family find out your living so close to the beach. We use this often! Any maintenance issues I have is usually fixed if not the same day the very next day. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. I think I'll be calling this home for awhile!
Stay Away! I have lived here on two occasions over the past two years. My first apartment was great, issues resolved promptly, and management great. I have come back to live a second time and I will never be back again once my lease is up. A month ago my hot water tank pipes burst due to corrosion, The unit and pipes clearly were not inspected prior to moving in. Great privacy, private entryway Apartment complex is perfectly placed for college students like myself. I am 5 minutes to both my jobs and less than 20 minutes to the beach, my school and downtown Bluffton. The staff is great, problems are promptly taken care of inside and outside the apartment and you pretty much get what you pay for. I especially love my private entry way and my building is secluded and out of the way of heavy traffic; perfect for playing with my dog outside. Wouldn't change a thing.
