Verified Renter My experience in the complex has been pleasant, it is quiet, little noise, quiet neighbors. I would like parking spaces to be assigned to each home.
Verified Renter With the rent increases every single year and no updates to amenities or upgrades to the apartment it just seems very greedy. With inflation hitting everybody really hard it's crazy to see how high rents have gone. I was promised a free carpet cleaning when I renewed and I have asked to schedule it multiple times and I have yet to get anything scheduled.

The community has a more corporate feel, where in the past it was warmer and the management was closely knit with the residents I love the area and where we are located.. we love the pool area and clubnouse improvements ..

Verified Renter Overall have enjoyed living here. Parking I think is one of my biggest concerns. Obviously that can only be controlled to an extent but I do wish there was more parking available. Sometimes when I get home from work I have to park across the complex from my apartment and that kind of sucks. But other than that everything has been great
Verified Renter Since the new owners have taken over, the neighborhood is not as pristine as it once was. It took awhile to get the. Pool guests under control. Beer bottles, tons of trash and mouse was appearing daily. The landscape could use more grass and flowers with color throughout the property. The dog park needs to be flea and tick bombed and add a few more features for the furry friends. The fire pit is a waste. I’ve never seen anyone use it. Plus, it’s in the pool area, which closes at 9:00.
Verified Renter Edgewater is beautiful !! Lacy and Robin along with the maintenance guys are amazing always nice and doing a great job. Lacy hasn’t easy but she’s an excellent property manager !
Verified Renter On the last time, here the situation is not the best, some things is going bad, I'm disappointed with the maintenance, in my apartment I have a lot of problems, I hope something changes...!!
Verified Renter Very nice apartments with very nice amenities! I was so happy to see the dog park and love taking walks around the lagoon. Seems to be a pretty quiet area and all the staff are friendly.
