Verified Renter The thing that attracted me to 29 Edgewater was that it had a quaint look with the trees and sidewalks nestled in here making apartment living more enjoyable. I do get upset when I see people not appreciating what they have hère, and don't treat their amenities with respect.
Verified Renter The area is very quiet. I had a couple of maintenance issues and they were tended to in a timely manner. Since applying here, and me traveling a lot, the staff have been extremely helpful.

Verified Renter Its a quiet neighborhood, we can enjoy the pool, the gym, good location very close to the stores and the island. If you need maintenance they are available to help
Verified Renter It has not been the best, I had many problems from the beginning such as the dryer, the kitchen, the dishwasher, but more with the dryer because it took months to find the final solution, and the worst thing that happened to us was the problem with the rats but thank God it could be solved and I have not seen them again luckily, but otherwise I am not complaining, good place to live and I recommend it.
