I love it here, I’ve done localized cryo twice and it has helped so much
I’ve been coming to KŌV for cryotherapy for years, and by now I definitely have my own little secrets for that ritual. I’m a very active person, train, dance bachata and salsa, cycle, walk a lot and generally ask quite a lot from my body, so recovery has always been something I’m curious about. Cryotherapy is probably one of the most extreme and fun experiences I’ve found.
