I honestly would give them zero stars if I could. I have been coming here for endocrinology for almost 8 years. In the last 2 years they have on 3 occasions they have cancelled my appointment without notifying mem I an hour away AND I work night shift. I am almost always coming directly from work after working 12-13 hour shifts, exhausted. They waste your time and your gas money with their negligence and their laziness.

They will let you suffer in unbelievable pain before giving you anything to help.
After a 9 month wait, there was absolute NOTHING I would recommend about the Neurology(Migraine) department. I have had hemiplegic migraines for 40 years and spinal column headaches for 21 years (due to a surgery) all my medical records were sent to them 9 mts ago to review. I hate this clinic, the nurse practitioner let me be specific (Lindsey Lopez) is very very very very rude and disrespectful as well as some of the people that works under her. I have Epilepsy and Lopez was my Nurse Practitioner, she wrote me paperwork stating that I can’t drive according to Alabama State Law, I can’t operate heavy machinery nor ladders and I can only work 4-6hrs.
