Dr. Rinker was pleasant. I did feel he dismissed my concerns prematurely after my regular neurologist started me on MS meds. But, thats ok. He wants to be thorough. I understand. BUT, the girl "Brianna" At the back desk is the rudest, nastiest individual I ever met. She mumbled, refused to lift up her head and make eye contact, and told me she couldn't get me an appt in 6 months (March) it would have to be in July ???? Rude, loud, and obnoxious medical receptionist in this department. She was ignoring my mom trying to pay her co pay and was racist to her and I for speaking Spanish. DO BETTER UAB!!
The lady that did my nerve test. With shocks and the Dr that did it with needles were so sweet and was making sure I was okay and pain wasn't too bad. The place is so big you can get lost but always someone who is there to help you out.
