Rude, loud, and obnoxious medical receptionist in this department. She was ignoring my mom trying to pay her co pay and was racist to her and I for speaking Spanish. DO BETTER UAB!!
The lady that did my nerve test. With shocks and the Dr that did it with needles were so sweet and was making sure I was okay and pain wasn't too bad. The place is so big you can get lost but always someone who is there to help you out.
My last visit with Dr Juliana Coleman was great. She is so caring, listens to my problems, professional and thorough. She is definitely worth my 4 hours drive for my appointment!
Neurologists like Sung and others are not very personable or warm. They are also very difficult to get a hold of if you need to change prescription.
The DRs. are great but the receptionist are horrible and can be very rude
