I moved to Dobbs Ferry because I work in the area, before Rosa salon I had to go back to Brooklyn to get my hair done. That's a 5 hour trip. I was scared to try her salon because of my hair type. I am African American and living in Dobbs I couldn't find a hair salon. Until I went to Rosa salon I felt like I was in a salon on 5th ave, Rosa was informative about the products she would be using in my hair. I was looking for a hair salon that offers wash and set in Westchester. I am happy that I found Rosa Azul in Dobbs Ferry. Now I don't have to go so far to do my hair. Now I get everything done in one location. Facial, manicure, Pedicure, wax and my hair. I am very happy with the services that this salon provide. if you are looking for a full service salon this is place the go.

Always friendly! Love the fact that you are very respectful of time (usually I am in and out in under 2 hours, That is great for my hair). You & Cynthia are very knowledgeable about hair care and the results are great. Love you prices too.. very reasonable.
