Great location...
I have been living here for six months. I would say it is in a nice part of town but not a nice apartment complex. Everything is painted over. Example, you can see the hair follicle in the bathtubs that have been painted over. Image below is a photo of the a/c unit leaking with rust on the floor. 2nd picture is mold from the fluid leaking from a/c unit. You can call and they may answer but multiple times I have been hung up on.
