Great staff. Amazing amenities and more!
Living at the Kensington for the past year has been an overall great experience!I have built new friendships, attended majority of the fun social events, and took advantage of the sweet perks, including the lovely pool/grill areas, and gym. I have toured a lot of amentity buildings in the city, but I believe this one of the best out there. I would highly recommend to anyone new to the city. Thanks Kensington!

I moved here in the summer of 2018 from Northern California and wanted to find a luxury apartment with many amenities and services so I don’t need to go out much during the winter. I chose the Kensington and absolutely love the decor, the friendly staff and the events/activities and concierge services they provide. I feel pampered like I’m living in a 5 Star Hotel!

I visited my friend at the Kensington about a month ago and had the best experience there. The concierge is amazing! They'll go out of their way to help you with anything you need and even gave me suggestions on where I should eat! If I ever move to Boston, the Kensington will be my first choice!
Great sense of community with excellent service. Reminds me of the Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida!
