The best staff in Boston!
The staff is amazingly helpful! They’ve hosted our company, Christmas Tree For Me, two years in a row now. The property is absolutely stunning. The amenities are top notch. And, the staff tops the list...they are the best of the best. I highly recommended the Kensington!
The Kensington is by far one of the best properties in Boston. They have the most attentive, personable, and professional staff. They are always looking for the best ways to bring the community together and allow residents to feel comfortable in the building.
Firstly, the location is pretty ideal. Then there's the staff who are all so professional, yet friendly and personable. The service is also phenomenal.

The Kensington is the absolute best apartment building in Boston. The staff is beyond friendly, and they go above and beyond with the amenities! I looked at a ton of buildings before going with the Kensington and can't stress enough how happy I am with my decision!

I recently moved to the Kensington and am so impressed with this building and staff! I started looking to move into the building in the spring time and Abby helped me to find the perfect fit for my needs and my budget. She is truly amazing and a great person to work with. Once I moved in, Abby continued to check in and make sure everything was in working order. The very few issues I had were fixed within 2 hours by the maintenance staff! I feel so lucky to be a part of the Kensington community!
