I was welcomed at the K-W by Sam from the management office. There is not a nicer, more efficient, polite and helpful person than Sam. The concierge are courteous, gracious and know the residents by name. The building is extremely well kept in every detail. The architecture speaks for itself. Then there is the piano bar.
