The worst building! If I could rate this place zero star I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. Laundry is always broken down, management here suck, James, Ashley and Sharron are the managers of the building and could care less about you. They talk nasty things behind your back and will never respond to any phone calls or emails that you send them about complaints. Lack of communication, respect, and lack of care at this apartment. Insanity, the staff are so unprofessional and forget who they work for. Lots of rodents and bed bugs. Absolutely not what you see. Location is ok but you can do better.
Fabulous! Do not believe the bad reviews. This place is clean and friendly. Love my unit and dishwasher. It's definitely a great location with bars and restaurants
My brother Gregory is and has been under several Dr's care. ) in the ER and hospitals 16 times in the last 3 months. When home he has caught up on all rent owed. A homeless woman got in the Apt.and he couldn't make her leave. She ruined the place. Took his money , especially when he was hospitalized. I called the manager of The Kenmore several times to Beg for them to get her out, but they refused to help. The rats/mice and roaches didn’t help his mental state.
