Front desk was not helpful and was not honest with us in our initial check in and calls to make sure they were ready for us. We had a group and the check in did not go smoothly at all. We were told they were ready when we called ahead of time but this was not true. We did not receive Hilton service and the response is not a response I would expect from a Hilton property.
Very clean and comfortable
As a Hilton Diamond member who travels frequently, this was without question the worst Hilton stay I have ever experienced. First, I want to recognize the valet team and one front desk associate, JaMonica, who provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help stood out in an otherwise disappointing experience. Dont do it It's a trap read to the end to see why it's a trap. You will have to sleep on the floor That's what I'm doing. I think the good reviews are fake. I switched 2 rooms.....every room is humid AS HECK!. Utterly disgusting foul excuse for a "hotel". This place is a joke with the Hilton name on it. Seriously, look at the negative reviews.
