I love the retro vibe Hilton has with their hotel collection. Last month I stayed at The Stuido in Bristol Va. I love how they have restored the old buildings. This particular location has no on property parking. Valet is $36 or so. There's a paid city parking garage 1 block away for $9 a day. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. TK, the bartender went above and beyond! The only small complaint as far as the room: the pillows, to me weren't comfortable and the cleaning staff forgot to refill the body soap. We were in town for the concerts and stopped in on our Birmingham tour. We had the pleasure of having TK as our bartender, very friendly and charismatic. The Kelly is such a beautiful hotel, makes a great place for an intimate setting with tasty cocktails and smiling faces . I tried the “Alchemy Kiss” blueberry sparkly drink and my boyfriend had the “Art of War” which I think was a blackberry and bourbon based drink. We will definitely book here next time, thankyou so much!
No housekeeping for an entire 24 hours. Not just my room, but others. Also, no wifi.
