Mr. Don and Laura Steel are the best. My husband and I were "green" to the whole house buying process and knew nothing. Excellent group!!! I needed several things done on my house while it was up for sale. And Josh had someone to handle every job. He also checked on my house while I was out of state, which stopped a potential squatter from taking up residence in my house. It took a while for me to get everything situated, but Josh has answered for each problem I faced along the way. Couldn't give a high enough recommendation.
