Dr Mathur is wonderful. He is kind, compassionate and very concerned about the well being of his patient. Husband just had his 2nd back surgery by Dr Mathur and we have complete confidence in his ability as a surgeon to do what is necessary to help the patient. We would go nowhere else as it is really hard to find this type of confidence in a doctor. Top of his profession and we would recommend him to everyone. PA Scott and Nurse Amy are also great. The physical therapy portion of Cary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine has very good therapists. However, once my dad turned 65 and went on a Medicare Advantage plan, they would no longer take his insurance. They were helpful in referring us to others who do, but it is extremely disappointing that they do not accept Medicare plans. I guess they dont want to treat old people.
