RecommendedDr. Kelly whom I met recently who works with Dr. Jordan the current manager of the location to resume treatment of my back and right leg was very kind and helpful and also gave me tips on how to relieve my pain at home such as heat packs and cold packs till my next treatment. My family and I came in at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before closing to get my mother seen and sign up my brother who was have terrible back pain from work. The receptionist was very strict about not seeing new patients even though the Dr was just not doing anything while she argued how my brother needs to come during “new patient hours”. As a nurse I strongly suggest you stay clear of this business! Unsanitary, and horrible customer service! I went in to cancel my plan October 2022. They convinced me to put my account on a freeze where I would not be charged for 3 months, I agreed and signed the freeze contract in person at the Louisiana location. They still charged me for the last 2 months. I called to request a refund and they are claiming my account was never put on a freeze and had no proof of any contrac… See more
