RecommendedLook forward to my weekly visit (sometimes more). Our body is the only home we truly own, so why not get the foundation strong and intact. Our car/vehicles gets tuned up either quarterly for oil change or once a year for maintenance. Why not treat our body the same. Vehicles breaks down after 20 years (if we are lucky), our body has at least 7-10 decades on earth, bottom line re align the spine so our body dont whine💞
