I was doing really well; coming along. I am not one to air grievances publicly, but last week I had a new doc -- to me-- who was quite rough...a lot of force. I heard a loud popping sound under my left front ribcage and experienced searing pain. Was told to put ice on it. Of course, this happened on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. I went back on Tuesday and saw one of the lady docs. She said it was likely cartilage related. I have literally been in constant pain all week. Ice and heat are not helping. I've been going here almost weekly since August. At that point, I had to go twice a week due to an injury and history of back problems. Now, I don't need to! I even convinced my husband to go regularly. Each doctor has her own style, and we end up leaving feeling great. Though it's first-come, first-served, we rarely wait more than a few minutes.
poor service I saw Dr. Brooke Skrowronski twice both times she insulted me. The second time she actually told me that my back issues were all in my head. Needless to say her bed side manner needs a lot of work! I will not go back to be insulted. I have received a refund for the remaining appointments. I will not use this company again. I will tell everyone I know of my experience. Not sure how someone who is only there to help you can behave in such a way. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Run in and out during your lunch break. Immediate relief from pain/headaches. Wonderful staff and Dr's! Can't do better than that <3
