If i could give zero stars I would. Told me to print out my own paper work. I come in everything filled out. Made sure they take pregnant women and told me they won't service me because I was in a car accident in March. I told them I'm not worried about insurance, that I am paying out of pocket and she kept running me around in circles about how she won't do it. Thanks for wasting my time and computer paper. RecommendedI feel so amazing after getting my neck cracked here. It’s doesn’t take long at all and I can come in whenever is convenient to me and when I start feeling pain.

The Joint Chiropractic could improve by actually taking a prospective client back to the office to talk to them rather than talking down to them in the lobby. Yes, I get that sometimes "Company Policy" is actually a thing, but that's not something you spout over and over in the lobby to someone who is in pain and is obviously in your business for a reason.

Barely being able to walk into the facility, the doctor asked me to walk over to him on the other side of the room. He didn’t bother to see if I needed help then told me to lay face down. He proceeded to do about 2 minutes of non helping adjustments. Then told me to walk across the room. And come back , but faster. Umm no. I came here because I can’t walk , don’t ask me to walk faster.😡
