RecommendedI met Rick in their location at Redmond, when this current office in Bellevue wasn't open yet. I had a few bad experiences in a row with another therapist. Rick spends as much time as needed with you to find out what's wrong, and fixes it. I have to clarify that this sort of alignment has better results on the long term, as it avoids accumulative pain. I highly recommend this therapist. The front desk person is also very professional and kind, I' ve always felt warmly welcomed and helped.
Dr. Rick Shand is awesome! He does an amazing job of explaining what he's doing and making you feel at ease. I was skeptical of chiropractors when I first tried it and now I love it! Every time I've been in, I've been seen really quickly and feel great leaving. They also have flexible payment options. I would 100% recommend The Joint in Bellevue to anyone!
I have scoliosis and migraines, and I get relief from both at The Joint. Dr. Shand is a great chiropractor.

I highly recommend the service of Dr. Rick as he is genuinely concern of your health and well being. He is always smiling, very engaging and his recommendation is awesome. Jessica is as friendly as Dr.Rick.
I love this clinic, both Dr Shand and Jessica will go the extra mile to help customers. They are friendly and professional. I have to say that I have had mixed experiences in the past with the Joint Overall Customer Service, but this clinic is making me change my opinion since they opened and I started going regularly. Keep it up!!
I just love the people there, I love stopping in anytime in the day and getting to talk to them and getting my back adjusted, it’s so great!
