RecommendedI only visited once so far. I mentioned knee problems to Dr Jenkins along with a laundry list of other problems. He took his time to show me how to take care of my knee pain at home. For the first time in almost 2 years I played sports with no ibuprofen and have been able to walk down stairs with having a death grip on the hand rail.
For the last couple of weeks, I had been asking how many more adjustments I had until the end of a 2 month special they were running and told them I didn't think I'd be continuing after that time. Not at any time did someone at their front desk offer me the necessary paperwork to cancel. On my very last visit, a Wednesday, again, I stated that I would not be continuing using their services, then they tell me I needed to give them 2 days notice. Hi Doretta, We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies to our patients so that there is no confusion or misunderstanding in order to avoid a situation such as this. Per our membership agreement, your plan has a 2 month minimum that will continue month to month until you request cancellation and turn in the proper form. Dear The Joint! Way to screw over a 20-year old and continue to charge her $69 for 3 month when she was told initially that she had successfully canceled her contract with you. To than find out that no she didn’t successfully do so and she needed to physically go to your location to cancel her contract. To than find out she needs to give you two days notice to not be charged anymore which you now have done again (this is the third month!)! Toni, you have not been charged a dime on any membership for over two years! You paid for an individual visit well after that. We have absolutely no idea what experience you are referring to about being charged again for the 3rd month in a row but we are certain that we have not charged you. Do you even have the right business? In any case, you may call the clinic and we can prove we have not billed you for anything for well over a year and you must not have been unhappy at that time because you chose to return.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!! Dr. Cassetori was AMAZING and Tina up front was so nice and understanding even when I was a little grumpy at first! I have been in so much pain for over a month now and I thought I was going to have to learn to live with it bc of my profession, I’ve been through the ringer with doctors and everything else lately.
