I’m giving a 5 for Dr Brim but not for the front desk service. Kasey used to be here every Sunday and she was welcoming, talkative, friendly and accommodating. She hasn’t been here the past few Sundays and another gal has been here and she is incredibly unfriendly and condescending. I’ll be moving to Eastern and Richmar to see Dr Brim on Tuesdays. Too bad the service from the front desk isn’t like the service Kasey provided.
I would avoid this place like the plague even more so. After you cancel, their staff send harassing emails. It's great fun if you need your own personal fight club. I'll time this one to see how quickly a desperate company waits before deleting an unfavorable review.
This place has definitely changed my life.Also it has helped me stay active and pain free .I recommend this for anyone out there even children.
I been going to a chiropractor for a long time and ever since I started going to The Joint and seeing Dr. Brim on Sundays, I noticed my aches and pains have eased up and Dr. Brim has educated me on things that I can do to help with my back problems. If anyone is interested on seeing a Chiropractor come to The Joint and see Dr. Brim.
