Mr. Jerome recently handled a Power of Attorney for my parents. When I first contacted him, I left a message and he promptly returned my call. He was a constant professional and was very kind and empathetic towards my parents. I will definitely recommend him to others and will use him again if the need should arise.
Ricky was patient and persistent. Resolved my issue and maintained communication throughout the whole process, contacting me as updates came in. 10/10, very knowledgeable and down to earth.
I wish I could give zero stars. Called a few times. Nobody ever answered. Couldn't leave a message on the voice-mail. Total disaster. Glad I'm not doing business with them.
